Refund and Uniform Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued due to a season ending injury.  The refund will be based how much of the season you were able to participate in.  A doctors note is required to process all refunds.  

No refunds will be issued for any of our programs or clinics such as Travel Teams, Winter Agility Clinic, Shooting Clinic and etc.

No refunds will be issued for uniform purchases.

All refunds are processed after the last club event for that season.  


Uniforms

Players are required to purchase a uniform package upon joining the club.  Uniforms fees are not refundable.  All balances must be paid in full for a player to receive their uniform. If a player decides to take a season off without notifying the club, their number will be re-assigned and you will be required to purchase a new pinnie. 

Uniform package consists of issued pinnie, shorts and socks.  Uniforms are required to be worn for all practices and tournaments.


New Player Uniform Package is $60. This includes pinnie, shorts and (1 pair) socks.


Replacement or Additional Uniform Items can be ordered at the time of registration.

Pinnie - $25  (Available Sizes or S/M or L/XL)

Shorts - $25 (Available Sizes  S, M, L, XL) Shorts are comparable to UA or Nike running shorts. Many of the girls tend to order a larger size.

Socks - $10 (One size)


Goalies - Are only required to purchase a pinnie. Goalies can wear either black, gray or maroon bottoms.


Equipment: Players should have cleats. Many of the tournaments are played on grass fields.

Required equipment for our travel teams: mouthguard (2), goggles and stick.

Required equipment for clinics: will be listed in description of program. We do offer loaner sticks for our beginner programs.
